"In all honesty, I do not drink Starbucks. I'm a Dunkin's kind of guy. But, every once in a while, I will have a breve latte from Starbucks. This brookline location had the 2 most attentive and service oriented ladies that I've ever seen at a Starbucks. Thank you for a great latte and great service!"

"Every Batista here is excellent. They know their customers names and orders and always have a kind word. Coffee is always made well and served quickly."

"It is a Starbucks, but the staff is lovely here. Always working hard and friendly. Food is typical of the chain, and so is the coffee, etc. Staff does always ask if I want my pastries warmed, which is thoughtful and does not happen elsewhere. Tables could be a bit cleaner, but I hold customers at fault for that as the staff is typically too engaged to run over after each and every customer. The groups of loud WPI students can be rough if you're trying to work or study, however. Then again, public space, it happens and is to be expected. The best highlight is the staff for sure."

"A great stop off for your morning start, coffee and food are excellent and prepared with speed and accuracy! If your looking for a great start to your day this is the place to go. No drive through but plenty of seating. I would suggest leaving a nice tip seeing as the bigger chains don't pay their employees very well!"

"My barista actually knew how to make my latte. It was delicious. Solid location for sure. Excellent counter-service as well. Got my extra shot of espresso for free just because. I am told my brother's iced coffee (cream, sugar and 1 pump caramel syrup) was perfect. Will return in the future when in the area."
